Claims (15)

1. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия с двумя отдельными максимумами в распределении частиц по размерам, отличающаяся тем, что максимум доли мелких фракций лежит в диапазоне от 51 до 150 нм, а максимум доли грубых фракций лежит в диапазоне от 160 до 700 нм.
2. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что частицы полиуретана в доле мелких фракций имеют размеры от 5 до 300 нм.
3. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что частицы полиуретана в доле мелких фракций имеют размеры от 10 до 275 нм.
4. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что частицы полиуретана в доле грубых фракций имеют размеры от 125 до 1250 нм.
5. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что частицы полиуретана в доле грубых фракций имеют размеры от 160 до 1000 нм.
6. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит 10-50 мас.% доли мелких фракций и 50-90 мас.% доли грубых фракций, причем сумма долей грубых и мелких фракций составляет 100 мас.%.
7. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание твердого вещества составляет 50-70 мас.%.
8. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание твердого вещества составляет 55-65 мас.%.
9. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вязкость составляет от 1 до 1500 мПа·с.
10. Водная полиуретан-поликарбамидная дисперсия по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия не содержит внешних эмульгаторов.
11. Способ получения полиуретан-поликарбамидной дисперсии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что компоненты, выбранные из групп
I.1) полиизоцианаты,
I.2) полиолы со среднечисленным молекулярным весом от 200 до 8000 г/моль,
I.3) низкомолекуляные соединения с молекулярным весом от 62 до 400, которые имеют в сумме две или более гидроксильные и/или аминогруппы,
I.4) соединения, которые имеют более чем одну гидроксильную или аминогруппу,
I.5) реакционно-способные к изоцианатам соединения, гидрофилизирующие ионно или потенциально ионно,
I.6) реакционно-способные к изоцианатам соединения, гидрофилизирующие неионно,
взаимодействуют таким образом, что сначала образуется не содержащий карбамидных групп преполимер с изоцианатными группами, причем отношение количества веществ с изоцианатными группами к количеству веществ с реакционно-способными к изоцианатам группами составляет от 1,0 до 3,5, и затем оставшиеся изоцианатные группы перед диспергированием в воде, во время диспергирования или после него продолжают цепь или заканчивают цепь взаимодействием с аминогруппами, причем содержание групп =N+=, =S+-, -СОО- или -SO3- или РО32- составляет от 0,1 до 15 миллиэквивалента на 100 г твердой смолы и эквивалентное отношение реакционно-способных к изоцианатам групп в соединениях, используемых для продолжения цепи, к свободным изоцианатным группам преполимера составляет 40-150.
12. Материал для покрытий, содержащий полиуретан-поликарбамидную дисперсию по п.1.
13. Применение полиуретан-поликарбамидной дисперсии по п.1 в качестве материала для получения субстратов с покрытиями.
14. Применение по п.13, отличающееся тем, что субстраты представляют собой текстиль или кожу.
15. Применение полиуретан-поликарбамидной дисперсии по п.1 в областях производства мягкой мебели, охраны труда и внутренней отделки автомобилей, а также для изготовления высоких пенопокрытий в одном слое.
