Claims (14)
1. Устройство для подготовки полимерного материала, в частности отходов термопласта, к вторичной переработке, содержащее резервуар (1), имеющий вверху загрузочное отверстие (10) для перерабатываемого материала, причем в резервуаре (1) расположен, по меньшей мере, один подвижный смесительный и/или измельчающий инструмент (14), и обработанный этим инструментом (14) материал направляется в расположенное внизу резервуара (1) разгрузочное отверстие (17), с которым по потоку сообщено питающее отверстие (18) корпуса устройства (20), содержащего шнек (21), отличающееся тем, что примыкающее к разгрузочному отверстию (17) устройство (20) содержит, по меньшей мере, два шнека (21, 22), питаемых поступающим из резервуара (1) материалом сообща, при этом диаметр (D) резервуара (1) находится в следующем отношении к диаметру (d) каждого из шнеков (21, 22):
где D - внутренний диаметр резервуара (1) в форме кругового цилиндра, мм, или внутренний диаметр пересчитанного на такую же вместимость воображаемого резервуара в форме кругового цилиндра такой же эффективной высоты;
d - диаметр шнеков, мм;
К - постоянная величина которой больше или равна 50.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что постоянная К больше 100.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что корпус содержащего шнеки (21, 22) устройства (20) примыкает непосредственно к разгрузочному отверстию (17) резервуара (1), так что питающее отверстие (18) корпуса (19) этого устройства (20) непосредственно соседствует с разгрузочным отверстием (17) резервуара (1) или совпадает с ним.
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что корпус (19) обоих шнеков (21, 22) примыкает к периферии резервуара (1) по касательной.
5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что сечения шнеков (21, 22) в корпусе (19) лежат в зоне питающего отверстия (18) вертикально или наискось друг над другом.
6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержащее шнеки (21, 22) устройство (20) представляет собой пластикатор или агломератор.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в корпусе (19) шнеков (21, 22) в зоне питающего отверстия (18) расположены охлаждающие каналы (34).
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что витки (30) шнеков находятся в зацеплении между собой, по меньшей мере, в зоне питающего отверстия (18).
9. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что смесительный и/или измельчающий инструмент (14) выполнен с возможностью вращения вокруг вертикальной оси (2) резервуара.
10. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что та боковая стенка (28) питающего отверстия (18), по которой сходят инструменты (14), ограничивает проходящее непрерывно к продольной оси (29) корпуса (19) шнеков (21, 22) расширение (36) питающего отверстия (18), простирающееся, если смотреть в направлении упомянутой продольной оси, по меньшей мере, до периферии витков (30) соседнего шнека (21; 22), так что это расширение (36) образует взаимодействующую с витками (30) шнека непрерывную срезающую кромку (39).
11. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что расширение (36) простирается в зону оси шнека.
12. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что ограничивающая расширение (36) боковая стенка (28) питающего отверстия (18) составляет с продольной осью (29) корпуса (19) шнеков угол от 20 до 80°, преимущественно от 30 до 55°.
13. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что для питающего отверстия (18) корпуса (19) шнеков (21,22) справедливы следующие формулы:
где h - измеренная в осевом направлении резервуара (1) эффективная высота питающего отверстия (18), мм;
L - измеренная в направлении периферии резервуара (1) эффективная длина питающего отверстия (18), мм;
d - наружный диаметр витков (30) шнеков в мм;
k - число шнеков, причем k преимущественно равно 2.
14. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дно (33) питающего отверстия (18) понижается от шнеков (21, 22) в направлении резервуара (1).
