Claims (12)
1. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство, приспособленное к закреплению в стенке структуры трубочного типа внутри человеческого тела, такой как например кровеносный сосуд или мочеточник, включающее полый винт с витками, между которыми при применении закрепляется стенка структуры трубочного типа, отличающееся тем, что включает нережущее перфорирующее приспособление, которое может быть прикреплено постоянно или съемно к полому винту, которое предназначено для перфорирования стенки структуры трубочного типа таким образом, чтобы было возможным прохождение витков полого винта путем ввинчивания.
2. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что устройство для перфорирования образовано передним витком полого винта, передний виток имеет острый и закругленный конец.
3. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что острый и закругленный конец отогнут внутрь и вниз под углом от 10 до 20° по отношению к другим виткам.
4. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что острый и закругленный конец отогнут под углом 90° по отношению к другим виткам.
5. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что ввинчиваемое устройство, кроме того, включает полую структуру, закрепленную на полом винте.
6. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что полая структура снабжена приспособлением для закрепления иглы или катетера в ввинчиваемом устройстве.
7. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что полая структура заполнена тромбостатическим или кровоостанавливающим веществом.
8. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что перфорирующие средства включают съемную головку, подвижно крепящуюся на полом винте.
9. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что съемная головка включает витки для увеличения отверстия в стенке структуры трубочного типа, где каждый из витков шире предыдущего.
10. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по любому из пп.8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что съемная головка включает витки для увеличения отверстия в стенке структуры трубочного типа, сделанного головкой, каждый из витков шире предыдущего.
11. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по любому из пп.8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что съемная головка крепится на полом винте с помощью витков, закручивающихся против часовой стрелки.
12. Хирургическое ввинчиваемое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что ввинчиваемое устройство выполняется из неокисляемого материала или титана, или суперэластичных материалов, таких как нитинол, или синтетических материалов, или рассасывающихся материалов.
