Claims (9)
1. Соединительное устройство для соединения конструкционных элементов, включающее соединительный корпус (200), имеющий соединительные выемки (210), в которых размещены соединяемые конструкционные элементы (100), и два вкладыша (300), размещенных в этих выемках (210), так что вкладыши соприкасаются с их внутренней поверхностью (212), а также клинья (400), установленные в этих выемках (210) между вкладышами (300) и соединяемыми конструкционными элементами (100).
2. Соединительное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что соединительная выемка (210) имеет круглое отверстие, диаметр (D) которого больше ширины (d) щели (214) для ввода соединяемого элемента.
3. Соединительное устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что вкладыш имеет наружную поверхность (310), которая соприкасаются с внутренней поверхностью (212) соединительной выемки (210), и внутреннюю поверхность (320), соприкасающуюся с клином (400), причем внутренняя поверхность (320) вкладыша имеет наклонную сторону 1 и наклонную сторону 2 (322, 324), сходящиеся на клин.
4. Соединительное устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что клин (400) имеет наружную поверхность (410), которая имеет наклонную сторону 1 и наклонную сторону 2 (412, 414), соответствующие наклонной стороне 1 и наклонной стороне 2 (322, 324) вкладыша (300), и внутреннюю сторону (420), соприкасающуюся с соединяемым конструкционным элементом (100).
5. Соединительное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что клин (400) разделен на две части (400а, 400b) вдоль границы, проходящей между наклонной стороной 1 (412) и наклонной стороной 2 (414) перпендикулярно направлению соединяемого конструкционного элемента.
6. Соединительное устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что между указанными частями (400а, 400b) для их разведения размещены пружины (400с).
7. Соединительное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что клин (400) разделен на две части в направлении соединяемого конструкционного элемента (100 и перпендикулярно направлению клина, причем наружная поверхность разделенных клиньев (400d, 400e) выполнена сходящейся на клин в наружном направлении, а внутренняя поверхность (320) вкладыша (300) выполнена сходящейся на клин во внутреннем направлении в соответствии с наружной поверхностью (410) клина (400).
8. Соединительное устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что между указанными разделенными клиньями (400d, 400e) установлено регулирующее устройство (400f) для регулирования зазора.
9. Соединительное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что к поверхности соединяемого конструкционного элемента (100) прикреплен штифт (110), а на внутренней поверхности (420) клина (400) сформировано соответствующее отверстие (422).
