Claims (11)
1. Порошковая композиция для покрытия для получения покрытия, устойчивого к высокой температуре, содержащая а) по меньшей мере один полисилоксан; и b) от примерно 0,01 до 90 вес.%, в расчете на полный вес полимерного содержимого, по меньшей мере одного высокотемпературного матричного материала, который размягчается и проявляет некоторую текучесть в интервале от примерно 300 до 700°С.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой матричный материал составляет по меньшей мере 10% полимерного содержимого.
3. Композиция по п.2, в которой покрытие, образованное из порошковой композиции для покрытия, не расслаивается после воздействия температуры по меньшей мере 550°С.
4. Композиция по п.2, в которой композиция дополнительно содержит от примерно 5 до 50 вес.% армирующего наполнителя от полимерного содержимого.
5. Композиция по п.2, в которой матричный материал является частицами неорганического стекла, выбранными из группы, состоящей из полых сфероидов, плотных сфероидов, волокон и фритты.
6. Композиция по п.5, в которой высокотемпературный матричный материал выбирают из частиц неорганического стекла с удельным весом меньше 2.
7. Порошковая композиция по п.1, в которой матричный материал выбирают из неорганических кристаллических частиц.
8. Способ изготовления термостойкой порошковой композиции для покрытия, включающий а) получение порошкового покрытия по п.1, менее высокотемпературного матричного материала, стандартными процессами смешивания с плавлением; и b) смешивание матричного материала с порошком.
9. Способ изготовления термостойкого порошкового покрытия, включающий а) смешивание матричного материала с полисилоксаном перед смешиванием с плавлением; и b) преобразование смешанного с плавлением материала в порошковое покрытие с использованием стандартных процессов производства порошка.
10. Изделие с по меньшей мере одним слоем покрытия, образованным из порошковой композиции для покрытия по п.1, нанесенным и отвержденным на изделии.
11. Изделие по п.10, где покрытие имеет толщину по меньшей мере примерно 40 мкм.
