Claims (23)

1. Картридж (1), содержащий один или более ингредиентов (200) напитка и образованный из по существу воздухо- и водонепроницаемых материалов, содержащий или способный образовать по меньшей мере одно входное отверстие для подачи водной среды в картридж и по меньшей мере одно выпускное отверстие, отличающийся тем, что поток водной среды через картридж происходит по существу в направлении радиально внутрь от по меньшей мере одного входного отверстия к по меньшей мере одному выпускному отверстию.
2. Картридж (1) по п.1, который содержит камеру хранения (130; 134), содержащую один или более ингредиентов.
3. Картридж (1) по п.2, в котором камера хранения содержит или может образовать по меньшей мере одно входное отверстие (17; 36), который направлен внутрь.
4. Картридж (1) по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором картридж является дискообразным.
5. Картридж (1) по п.4, в котором входное отверстие (121) для подачи водной среды в картридж расположено на периферии картриджа или около нее.
6. Картридж (1) по п.5, в котором картридж, кроме того, содержит периферический коллектор (16), отделенный от камеры хранения (130; 134) стенкой (13), в котором стенка содержит множество направленных внутрь входных отверстий.
7. Картридж (1) по п.6, в котором множество направленных внутрь входных отверстий направлены радиально внутрь.
8. Картридж (1) по п.6 или 7, содержащий отверстие (12), через которое один или более ингредиентов напитка могут быть загружены в камеру хранения, причем отверстие закрыто крышкой (5), которая при использовании может прокалываться, чтобы принять выливаемый поток напитка, полученного в результате взаимодействия водной среды и одного или более ингредиентов напитка в камере хранения.
9. Картридж (1) по п.8, в котором периферический коллектор (16) расположен на периферии картриджа.
10. Картридж (1) по п.9, в котором стенка (13) содержит 3-40 отверстий (17; 36).
11. Картридж (1) по п.10, в котором стенка (13) содержит 3-5 отверстий (17; 36).
12. Картридж (1) по п.10, в котором стенка содержит 35-40 упомянутых отверстий (17; 36).
13. Картридж (1) по любому из пп.10-12, в котором каждое отверстие (17; 36) имеет площадь поперечного сечения от 0,45 до 0,65 мм2.
14. Картридж (1) по п.13, содержащий впускную камеру (26), сообщающуюся с периферическим коллектором (16).
15. Картридж (1) по п.14, в котором впускная камера (26) сообщается с периферическим коллектором (16) посредством одного или более отверстий (30), образованных в стенке (27) впускной камеры.
16. Картридж (1) по п.15, кроме того, содержащий фильтр (4), расположенный между камерой хранения (130; 134) и по меньшей мере частью нижней стороны верха (11) картриджа, между фильтром и верхом картриджа образованы один или более проходов (57), эти один или более проходы сообщаются с выпускным отверстием (122), за счет чего путь потока напитка, соединяющий входное отверстие (121) с выпускным отверстием (122), проходит вверх через фильтр (4) в один или более проходов.
17. Картридж (1) по п.16, содержащий внешний элемент (2) и внутренний элемент (3), соединенный при сборке с внешним элементом, внутренний элемент образует выпускное отверстие картриджа.
18. Картридж (1) по п.17, в котором внутренний элемент (3) содержит выпускной носик (43), образующий выпускное отверстие.
19. Картридж (1) по п.18, в котором входное отверстие и/или выпускное отверстие закрыты по существу воздухо- и водонепроницаемым материалом до образования при использовании входного отверстия и/или выпускного отверстия в картридже.
20. Картридж (1) по п.19, в котором входное отверстие и/или выпускное отверстие закрыты по существу воздухо- и водонепроницаемым ламинированным материалом (5).
21. Картридж по любому из пп.17-20, в котором внешний элемент (2) и/или внутренний элемент (3) образованы из полипропилена.
22. Картридж (1) по п.21, в котором внешний элемент (2) и/или внутренний элемент (3) образованы методом литья под давлением.
23. Кассета из картриджей (1) по любому предшествующему пункту, в которой процентный выход напитка, произведенного из одного или более ингредиентов напитка, содержащихся в картридже, находится в пределах 1,0 стандартного отклонения.
