Claims (10)

1. Сополимер для использования в полимерном связующем или в качестве полимерного связующего во вспучивающихся при нагревании покрытиях, включающий смесь ньютоновского сополимера и сетчатого сополимера, при этом упомянутые ньютоновский и сетчатый сополимеры состоят из звеньев замещенного стирола и замещенного акрилата и содержат звенья по меньшей мере п-метилстирола (ПМС) и 2-этилгексилакрилата (2ЭГА).
2. Сополимер по п.1, где сетчатый сополимер выбирают из группы, включающей тиксотропные сополимеры и псевдопластические сополимеры.
3. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где соотношение количеств п-метилстирола и 2ЭГА находится в диапазоне от 100/0 до 50/50, предпочтительно равно 90/10, предпочтительно 80/20, а более предпочтительно 75/25.
4. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий звенья п-трет-бутилстирола (ПТБС) и/или изобутилметакрилата (ИБМА).
5. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где сополимеры смеси получают в результате проведения эмульсионной полимеризации.
6. Вспучивающееся при нагревании покрытие, включающее сополимер по любому одному из пп.1-5.
7. Вспучивающееся при нагревании покрытие по п.6, дополнительно включающее пенообразующие вещества, углеродобразующие вещества и другие обычно используемые добавки.
8. Вспучивающееся при нагревании покрытие по п.7, где пенообразующим веществом является аммониевая соль фосфорной кислоты, углеродобразующее вещество выбирают из группы, включающей пентаэритрит, дипентаэритрит, трипентаэритрит и поликонденсат пентаэритрита.
9. Вспучивающееся при нагревании покрытие по любому одному из пп.6-8, которое получают на основе воды или на основе растворителя.
10. Способ получения вспучивающегося при нагревании покрытия по любому одному из пп.6-9, включающий стадию (а) растворения ньютоновского и/или сетчатого сополимеров в растворителе или в воде, (b) необязательно добавления хлорированного парафина, (с) гомогенизации смеси и добавления добавок.
