Abstract

그라프트된 중합체 조성물의 수성 에멀션이 제공된다. 상기 조성물의 그라프트된 성분은 둘 또는 그 이상의 중합 치환체를 갖는다. 그라프트된 중합체 조성물의 수성 에멀션은 시멘트 조절제로 특히 유용하다.

Claims (13)

  1. 코어 및 그라프트된 쉘을 포함하며, 상기 그라프트 쉘은 (a) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체 및 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체 ; (b) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체가 그라프트된 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체 ; (c) (a) 및 (b)의 혼합물 ; 로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀션 중합체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 에멀션 중합체.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체는, 중합단위로 (i) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 산-작용성 단량체, 무수-작용성 단량체, 이들의 염 혹은 이들의 혼합물을 5~5중량% 수준 ; (ii) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 다작용성 화합물은 1~25중량% 수준, (iii) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트 혹은 알칼 메타크릴레이트를 49~94중량% ; 포함함을 특징으로 하는 에머션 중합체.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트된 쉘은 에멀션 중합체를 2~50중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 에멀션 중합체.
  5. 물과 코어 및 그라프트된 쉘을 포함하는 에멀션 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 그라프트된 쉘은 (a) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체 및 최소하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체 ; (b) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체가 그라프트된 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체를 포함하는 최소 하나의 그라프트 공중합체 ; 및 (c) (a) 및 (b)의 혼합물 ; 로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 에멀션.
  6. (a) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체 및 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체 ; (b) 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체가 그라프트된 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체를 포함하는 최소 하나의 그라프트 공중합체 ; 및 (c) (a) 및 (b)의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 그라프팅 중합체 존재하에 최소 하나의 단량체를 에멀션 중합하여 코어를 형성시킴을 포함하는 수성 에멀션 제조방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체는, 중합 단위로 (i) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 산-작용성 단량체, 무수-작용성 단량체, 그 염 혹은 이들의 혼합물을 5~50중량% ; (ii) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 다작용성 화합물 1~25중량% ; 및 (iii) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 알킬아크릴레이트 49~94중량% ; 수준으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체가 그라프트된 최소 하나의 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체는, 중합 단위로 (i) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 산-작용성 단량체, 무수-작용성 단량체, 그 염 혹은 이들의 혼합물을 5~50중량% ; (ii) 그라프트가능한 알카리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 다작용성 화합물 1~25중량% ; 및 (iii) 그라프트가능한 알칼리 용해성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 알킬 아크릴레이트 혹은 알킬 메타크릴레이트 49~94중량% ; 포함함을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트가능한 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐 알코올 임을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체.
  12. 시멘트 및 청구범위 제5항의 수성 에멀션을 포함하는 시멘트 조성물.
  13. 시멘트 조성물에 청구범위 5항의 수성에멀션 유효량을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 시멘트 조성물 개질(modifying) 방법.
