Claims (10)

1. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб, содержащее охватываемую деталь резьбового соединения и замковую муфту, каждая из которых имеет контактную поверхность, включающую резьбовой участок и участок нерезьбового металлического контакта, и имеющее смазывающее покрытие на контактной поверхности по меньшей мере одной из охватываемой детали резьбового соединения и замковой муфты, отличающееся тем, что смазывающее покрытие содержит нижний слой смазочного материала, который находится в жидкой форме в температурном диапазоне выше 0єC и ниже 40єC, и верхний слой смазочного материала, который находится в твердой форме при температуре 40єC.
2. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб, содержащее охватываемую деталь резьбового соединения и замковую муфту, каждая из которых имеет контактную поверхность, включающую резьбовой участок и участок нерезьбового металлического контакта, и имеющее смазывающее покрытие на контактной поверхности по меньшей мере одной из охватываемой детали резьбового соединения и замковой муфты, отличающееся тем, что смазывающее покрытие является полутвердым или твердым при температуре 40°C и сформировано из смеси, содержащей смазочное масло, которое является жидким в температурном диапазоне выше 0°C и ниже 40°C, и воск, который является твердым при температуре 40°C.
3. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.2, в котором смесь дополнительно содержит твердую присадку.
4. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.3, в котором твердая присадка представляет собой одно вещество или больше, выбранные из смолы в виде порошка и соли металлов жирной кислоты.
5. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по любому из пп.2-4, в котором смесь нагревается по меньшей мере до температуры, при которой воск превращается в жидкость, чтобы растворить воск и смазочное масло друг в друге.
6. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором контактная поверхность по меньшей мере одной из охватываемой детали резьбового соединения и замковой муфты подвергается предварительной обработке поверхности.
7. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.6, имеющее смазывающее покрытие на контактной поверхности одной из охватываемой детали резьбового соединения и замковой муфты, в котором контактная поверхность другой из охватываемой детали резьбового соединения и замковой муфты имеет покрытие, сформированное посредством предварительной обработки поверхности, выбранной из электроосаждения и химической конверсионной обработки фосфатом или оксалатом.
8. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.6, в котором предварительная обработка поверхности представляет собой химическую конверсионную обработку фосфатом или оксалатом, а смазывающее покрытие содержит соль металлов жирной кислоты в качестве твердой присадки.
9. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.4 или 8, в котором соль металлов жирной кислоты представляет собой одно вещество или больше, выбранные из солей щелочных металлов и солей щелочноземельных металлов стеариновой кислоты или олеиновой кислоты.
10. Резьбовое соединение для стальных труб по п.1 или 2, в котором слой смазочного материала в жидкой форме или смазочное масло содержит один материал или больше, выбранные из минеральных масел, синтетических сложноэфирных масел, животных или растительных масел и солей основных металлов органической кислоты.
