Claims (14)
1. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения и точкой удара, содержащее по меньшей мере два закаленных стекла и один промежуточный слой, причем в промежуточном слое имеются образованные дискретностями линии заданного разрушения (=место заданного разрушения), предназначенные для создания аварийного выхода, и промежуточный слой в одном месте оконного стекла из триплекса (например вдоль одной его стороны) выполнен настолько мало способным к разрыву и гибким, чтобы при полном разрыве линий заданного разрушения образовалась прочная на разрыв, откидываемая по принципу шарнирного сочленения, соединенная с остальным оконным стеклом створка аварийного выхода, отличающееся тем, что в промежуточном слое оконного стекла из триплекса по меньшей мере в одном месте (в точке удара) содержится одно или несколько тел из материала, твердость которого превышает твердость используемых стекол.
2. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве стекол выбраны листовые стекла из группы натриево-известковых, в частности, натриево-кальциевых или боросиликатных стекол.
3. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что твердость по шкале Мооса твердого тела или твердых тел в точке удара превышает 6.
4. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.3, отличающееся тем, что твердость по шкале Мооса твердого тела или твердых тел в точке удара превышает 7.
5. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что твердые тела состоят из зерен или шариков.
6. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что твердое тело или твердые тела в точке удара состоят из карбида кремния и/или из корунда.
7. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что твердые тела имеют размер, который на 0,1-0,3 мм меньше толщины промежуточного слоя.
8. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что твердые тела запрессованы в полиизобутилен.
9. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что промежуточный слой образован полимером со следующими параметрами механического разрушения: прочность при разрыве по меньшей мере 4 МПа, удлинение при разрыве по меньшей мере 200%, прочность при разрыве образцов с надрезом по меньшей мере 6 Н/мм, твердость по Шору-А (определена по DIN 53505 для образцов толщиной 6 мм при 23°С) от 30 до 70.
10. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.9, отличающееся тем, что промежуточный слой содержит литьевую смолу и/или полимерную пленку.
11. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.10, отличающееся тем, что литьевая смола для получения промежуточного слоя основана на полиакрилате.
12. Оконное стекло из триплекса с местом заданного разрушения по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оконное стекло из триплекса содержит краевую уплотнительную прокладку из термопластичного материала, обладающего длительной пластичностью при комнатной температуре.
13. Способ получения оконного стекла из триплекса с заданным местом разрушения, отличающийся тем, что
a) из полимерной пленки вырезают или вырубают штампом линии заданного разрушения и, по меньшей мере, одну область, предназначенную для размещения твердых тел (точку удара),
b) термически закаленный лист стекла снабжают краевой уплотняющей прокладкой,
c) на лист стекла в качестве промежуточного слоя укладывают приготовленную по пункту а) пленку,
d) на лист стекла в точке удара помещают одно или несколько твердых тел, твердость которых превышает твердость стекла,
e) на эту систему укладывают лист второго термически закаленного стекла и
f) полученную композицию из листов стекла подвергают прессованию.
14. Применение оконного стекла из триплекса с заданным местом разрушения по п.1 в зданиях, рельсовом подвижном составе, дорожных транспортных средствах и водном транспорте.
