Claims (13)
1. Способ стабилизации напитка от образования помутнения, предусматривающий обработку напитка стабилизирующим агентом, содержащим кремнезем в форме частиц, имеющий средний диаметр пор, по меньшей мере, 6 нм, и который модифицирован путем взаимодействия с водорастворимым полимером, имеющим боковые пирролидоновые группы, причем полимер присутствует на кремнеземе в количестве от 5 до 35 мас.% из расчета на сухую массу кремнезема.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что напиток представляет собой пиво нижнего брожения (лагер).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что кремнезем имеет площадь поверхности по азоту в интервале от 200 до 1000 м2/г.
4. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что кремнезем имеет объем пор по азоту в интервале от 0,5 до 2,5 см3/г.
5. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что кремнезем имеет среднемассовый размер частиц в интервале от 2 до 100 мкм.
6. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что кремнезем имеет общее содержание влаги от 2 до 70 мас.%.
7. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что водорастворимый полимер представляет собой винилпирролидоновый сополимер или гомополимер.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что полимер представляет собой поливинилпирролидон, имеющий средний молекулярный вес в интервале от 8000 до 1300000.
9. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что количество водорастворимого полимера, присутствующего на кремнеземе, составляет от 10 до 30 мас.% из расчета на сухую массу кремнезема.
10. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что стабилизирующий агент смешивают с напитком в дозе от 50 до 500 г/м3.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что напиток контактирует со стабилизирующим агентом в течение периода от 5 мин до 24 ч.
12. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающийся тем, что напиток обрабатывают стабилизирующим агентом, как в п.1, и немодифицированным гидрогелем кремнезема.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что стабилизирующий агент и гидрогель кремнезема используют при отношении стабилизирующего агента к немодифицированному гидрогелю кремнезема от 1:1 до 1:30.
