Claims (9)
1. Способ очистки жидкого углеводородного продукта, включающий 5 мас.% и менее загрязняющих примесей с высокой молекулярной массой, имеющих молекулярную массу по меньшей мере 1000, в котором поток продукта подвергают контакту с гидрофобной, непористой или нанофильтрационной мембраной, а поток очищенного продукта извлекают в виде пермеата.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором загрязняющие примеси с высокой молекулярной массой имеют молекулярную массу, составляющую по меньшей мере 5000.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором жидкий углеводородный продукт представляет собой промышленно изготавливаемый поток химического продукта, включающий в качестве желаемого химического продукта углеводород, который необязательно включает один или несколько гетероатомов и имеет молекулярную массу менее 250.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором молекула углеводорода включает по меньшей мере одну олефиновую связь.
5. Способ по п.3 или 4, в котором желаемый химический продукт выбирают из группы, включающей стирол, изопрен, бутадиен, пентадиен, дициклопентадиен, пиперилен, C2-C5 моноолефины и акрилаты.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором желаемый химический продукт представляет собой дициклопентадиен.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, в котором мембрана представляет собой гидрофобную непористую сшитую полисилоксановую мембрану.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором жидкий углеводородный продукт подвергают контакту с мембраной при трансмембранном давлении в интервале от 2 до 80 бар, плотности потока между 200 и 5000 кг/м2 мембраны в день и температуре в интервале от 10 до 80°С.
9. Способ по п.6, в котором полученный очищенный дициклопентадиеновый продукт применяют для получения ненасыщенных полиэфирных смол.
