Claims (13)
1. Композиция на основе сшиваемого полиэтилена, содержащая от 0,05 до 0,24 гидролизуемых силановых групп на 100 единиц -СН2- и имеющая стандартную плотность MVS по меньшей мере 954 кг/м3, показатель текучести MI5 ниже 1,5 г/10 мин и показатель текучести HLMI выше 2 г/10 мин.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что сшиваемый полиэтилен имеет показатель текучести MI2 ниже 0,8 г/10 мин и выше 0,03 г/10 мин.
3. Композиция по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что сшиваемый полиэтилен имеет такое содержание гидролизуемых силановых групп, что после гидролиза сшитый полиэтилен имеет степень сшивания по меньшей мере 65 мас.%.
4. Композиция по одному из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что она получена смешиванием в расплавленном состоянии базового полиэтилена, имеющего, MVS по меньшей мере 956 кг/м3, MI2 выше 0,15 г/10 мин и MI5 ниже 10 г/10 мин, с 1,0-2,5 частями винилсилана на 100 частей базового полиэтилена и 0,04-0,15 части соединения, способного образовывать свободные радикалы, на 100 частей базового полиэтилена.
5. Композиция по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что базовый полиэтилен имеет MVS по меньшей мере 958 кг/м3.
6. Композиция по одному из п.4 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что базовый полиэтилен имеет показатель текучести MI2 ниже 2 г/10 мин и выше 0,16 г/10 мин.
7. Способ изготовления трубы, на первой стадии которого композицию на основе сшиваемого полиэтилена по одному из пп.1-6 экструдируют в форме трубы, затем на второй стадии трубу, полученную на первой стадии, подвергают гидролизу в целях сшивания сшиваемого полиэтилена.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на первой стадии композицию используют в присутствии катализатора сшивания.
9. Способ по одному из п.7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что композицию на основе сшиваемого полиэтилена получают in situ на первой стадии.
10. Способ по одному из пп.7-9, отличающийся тем, что гидролиз осуществляют в присутствии водяного пара при температуре от 60 до 130°С или в присутствии горячей воды при температуре от 60 до 100°С.
11. Труба, содержащая сшитый полиэтилен, которая может быть изготовлена способом по одному из пп.7-10.
12. Труба, содержащая сшитый полиэтилен, классифицированная по MRS 11,2 в соответствии со стандартом ISO/TR 9080.
13. Труба, содержащая сшитый полиэтилен, классифицированная по MRS 12,5 в соответствии со стандартом ISO/TR 9080.
