Abstract

Представлен способ производства термостойкого сшитого сополимера ПВХ, в котором сшивание осуществляют во влажной среде и после обработки полимера. Используют сополимер винилхлорида и 0,05-10 мас.% винилсодержащего алкоксисиланового соединения. В качестве сомономера предпочтительно используют метакрилоксипропилтриметоксисилан или метакрилоксипропилтриэтоксисилан. Сшивание можно осуществлять независимо от типа стабилизатора. Для предотвращения слишком раннего сшивания можно использовать катализатор конденсации и также ингибитор.

Claims (1)

  1. Представлен способ производства термостойкого сшитого сополимера ПВХ, в котором сшивание осуществляют во влажной среде и после обработки полимера. Используют сополимер винилхлорида и 0,05-10 мас.% винилсодержащего алкоксисиланового соединения. В качестве сомономера предпочтительно используют метакрилоксипропилтриметоксисилан или метакрилоксипропилтриэтоксисилан. Сшивание можно осуществлять независимо от типа стабилизатора. Для предотвращения слишком раннего сшивания можно использовать катализатор конденсации и также ингибитор.
