Abstract

본 발명은 백색 또는 명색의 교차 결합된 중합체, 및 그들을 함성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 중합체는 30-98중량%의 할로겐 함유 중합체, 0-60중량%의 가소제, 0.05-10중량%이 가수분해성 머캡토실란, 0.1-10중량%의 납 안정화제, 0-4중량%이 윤활제 및 0.1-10중량%의 에폭시 수지로 구성된다. 교차 결합은 중합체의 처리후 습기 존재하에서 수행한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 백색 또는 명색의(light-coloured)교차 결합된 중합체에 있어서, 30-98중량%의 할로겐 함유 중합체, 0-60중량%의 가소제, 0.05-10중량%이 가수분해성 머캡토실란, 0.1-10중량%의 납 안정화제, 0-4중량%의 윤활제 및 0.1-10중량%의 에폭시 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1가 작용성 내지 4가 작용성의 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 에스테르, 글리시딜 아민, 또는 선형 또는 시클로지방족형인 저분자량의 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 함유 중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 중합체가 PVC동종 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 함유 중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 단량체와 글리시딜-함유 아크릴레이트 사이의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 함유 중합체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 글리시딜-함유 아크릴레이트 함량이 0.05-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  6. 교차 결합제로서 하기 유형의 머캡토실란과 납 안정화제를 사용하고, 중합체의 처리후 습기 존재하에서 교차 결합을 수행하는, 백색 또는 명색의 교차 결합된 할로겐 함유 중합체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 저분자량의 에폭시 수지를 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    상기 식에서, R'은 -CH2-, -C2H4-에서 C8H16까지의 기 또는 다른 비-작용성 기이고, R"은 자유로이 선택되는(비-가수분해성)기이고, Y는 -OCH3, -OC2H5, -OC3H7, -OC4H9와 같은 하나 이상의 가수분해성기이며, n=0,1,2이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 1가 작용성 내지 4가 작용성의 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 에스테르, 글리시딜 아민, 또는 선형 또는 시클로지방족형인 저분자량의 에폭시 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 0.1-10중량%의 에폭시 수지를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 중합체로서 염화비닐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 염화비닐과 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
