Claims (10)
1. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта, содержащая по меньшей мере две соседние электрохимические тестовые полоски, каждая из которых содержит (a) реакционную камеру, ограниченную противостоящими электродами и содержащую смесь реагента, и (b) встроенный осушитель, при этом перед разделением карты каждая реакционная камера связана с осушителем карты через воздушное пространство.
2. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что каждая соседняя электрохимическая тестовая полоска дополнительно содержит осушительную камеру, в которой размещено вещество осушителя.
3. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что осушительная камера связана с реакционной камерой в той же карте через воздушное пространство.
4. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что осушительная камера связана с реакционной камерой смежной карты через воздушное пространство.
5. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по любому из пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что осушитель содержит индикатор.
6. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что карта сконфигурирована так, что при отделении соседней карты от упомянутой карты обеспечивается отделение электрохимической тестовой полоски, имеющей входной и выходной каналы для подачи жидкости в реакционную камеру отделенной электрохимической тестовой полоски.
7. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что отделенная электрохимическая тестовая полоска содержит реакционную камеру, которая связана с осушительной камерой через воздушное пространство.
8. Электрохимическая тестовая полосковая карта по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что отделенная электрохимическая тестовая полоска содержит реакционную камеру, которая не связана с осушительной камерой.
9. Способ определения концентрации аналита в физиологическом образце, заключающийся в том, что (a) вводят физиологический образец в электрохимическую тестовую полоску, содержащую реакционную камеру, ограниченную противостоящими электродами и содержащую смесь реагента, и осушитель, встроенный в электрохимическую тестовую полоску, (b) детектируют электрический сигнал в реакционной зоне с использованием электродов, и (c) определяют количество аналита в упомянутом образце в соответствии с электрическим сигналом.
10. Комплект для определения концентрации аналита в физиологическом образце, содержащий (a) электрохимическую тестовую полосковую карту, имеющую по меньшей мере две электрохимические тестовые полоски, каждая из которых содержит реакционную камеру, ограниченную противостоящими электродами и содержащую смесь реагента, и встроенный осушитель, при этом перед разделением упомянутой карты каждая реакционная камера связана с осушителем упомянутой карты через воздушное пространство, (b) по меньшей мере либо средство для получения физиологического образца, либо стандарт аналита.
