Claims (38)

1. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер, включающий частицы на основе титаната бария, диспергированные в неводной среде, указанные частицы имеют покрытие, включающее оксид металла, водный оксид металла, гидроокись металла или соль органической кислоты и металла, отличающаяся от бария или титана, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер менее 0,9 микрометров, когда диспергированы с помощью перемешивания с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
2. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанные частицы имеют соотношение D90/D10, характеризующее распределение по размерам частиц в децилях, ниже 4.
3. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанные частицы имеют соотношение D90/D10, характеризующее распределение по размерам частиц в децилях, ниже 3.
4. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанные частицы имеют соотношение D90/D10, характеризующее распределение по размерам частиц в децилях, ниже 2,5.
5. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,8 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
6. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,7 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
7. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,6 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
8. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,5 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
9. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,4 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
10. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где, по меньшей мере, 90% указанных частиц имеет размер частиц менее 0,3 микрометра, когда указанные частицы диспергированы перемешиванием с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
11. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, включающая, по меньшей мере, 50 вес. % указанных частиц.
12. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, включающая, по меньшей мере, 60 вес. % указанных частиц.
13. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, включающая, по меньшей мере, 75 вес. % указанных частиц.
14. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, дополнительно включающая диспергатор.
15. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанные частицы включают покрытие из связующего средства на поверхности указанных частиц.
16. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 15, где связующее средство включает органосилан.
17. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, дополнительно включающая от 3 до 20 вес. % связующей композиции, содержащей растворенный или суспендированный пленкообразующий полимер.
18. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где по существу все указанные частицы являются равноосными или сферическими.
19. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанные частицы получены гидротермально.
20. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанное покрытие закрывает большую часть поверхности частиц.
21. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где указанное покрытие включает, по меньшей мере, один металл, который выбирают из группы, включающей: висмут, литий, магний, кальций, стронций, скандий, цирконий, гафний, ванадий, ниобий, тантал, вольфрам, марганец, кобальт, никель, цинк, бор, кремний, сурьму, олово, иттрий, лантан, свинец или лантаниды.
22. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где неводная среда включает органический растворитель.
23. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 22, где неводная среда включает смесь органического растворителя и воды.
24. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 22, где органический растворитель выбирают из группы, включающей: бензол, метилэтилкетон, ацетон, ксилол, метанол, этанол, пропанол, 1,1,1-трихлорэтан, тетрахлорэтилен, амилацетат, 2,2,4-триэтилпентандиол-1,3-моноизобутират, толуол, метиленхлорид, терпентин, этиловый спирт, бромхлорметан, бутанол, диацетон, метилизобутилкетон, циклогексанон, метиловый спирт, н-пропиловый спирт, изопропиловый спирт, н-бутиловый спирт, н-октиловый спирт, бензиловый спирт, глицерин, этиленгликоль, бензальдегид, пропионовую кислоту, н-октановую кислоту, этилацетат, бутилбутират, н-гексан и их смеси.
25. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 24, где органическим растворителем является этанол.
26. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 1, где неводная среда включает смесь из более чем одного органического растворителя.
27. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 26, где указанную смесь выбирают из группы, включающей: 72% трихлорэтилена/28%-ного этилового спирта, 66% метилэтилкетона/34%-ного этилового спирта, 70% метилэтилкетона/30%-ного этилового спирта, 59% метилэтилкетона/41%-ного этилового спирта, 50% метилэтилкетона/50%-ного этилового спирта, 80% толуола/20%-ного этанола, 80% толуола/20%-ного этилового спирта, 70% толуола/30%-ного этилового спирта, 60% толуола/40%-ного этилового спирта, 70% изопропилового спирта/30%-ного метилэтилкетона, 40% метилэтилкетона/60%-ного этилового спирта и их смеси.
28. Суспензия, дисперсия или шликер по п. 27, где неводной средой является 80% толуола/20% этанола.
29. Способ получения суспензии, дисперсии или шликера, включающий получение суспензии из частиц на основе титаната бария - в водной среде гидротермальным способом; получение покрытия на указанных частицах, включающего оксид металла, водный оксид металла, гидроокись металла или соль органической кислоты и металла, отличающегося от бария или титана; замену водной среды неводной средой и диспергирование указанных частиц в неводной среде путем перемешивания с высоким сдвигающим усилием.
30. Способ по п. 29, где указанные частицы диспергированы в неводной среде путем перемешивания с высоким сдвигающим усилием, при котором 90% указанных частиц имеет размер менее 0,9 микрометра.
31. Способ по п. 29, где замещение водной среды неводной средой включает способ обмена растворителя.
32. Способ по п. 31, где способ обмена растворителя включает фильтрование суспензии из частиц на основе титаната бария в водной среде и введение отфильтрованных частиц в неводную среду.
33. Способ по п. 29, где замещение водной среды неводной средой включает процесс перегонки.
34. Способ по п. 33, где процесс перегонки включает добавление неводной среды к суспензии из частиц на основе титаната бария в водной среде и выпаривание водной среды.
35. Способ по п. 29, дополнительно включающий нанесение связывающего средства на поверхность указанных частиц после замены водной среды неводной средой.
36. Способ по п. 29, дополнительно включающий нанесение связывающего средства на поверхность указанных частиц после образования покрытия на указанных частицах и перед заменой водной среды неводной средой.
37. Способ по п. 35 или 36, где связующий агент включает органосилан.
38. Способ получения суспензии, дисперсии или шликера, включающий диспергирование частиц на основе титаната бария в неводной среде с помощью перемешивания с высоким сдвигающим усилием, пока 90% указанных частиц не будет иметь размер менее 0,9 микрометра, причем указанные частицы имеют покрытие, включающее оксид металла, водный оксид металла, гидроокись металла или соль органической кислоты и металла, отличающегося от бария или титана.
