Claims (12)
1. Способ получения ванадийфосфатного соединения, включающий обработку соединения ванадия муравьиной кислотой, водой и соединением фосфора.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором используют соединения ванадия (V), как V2O5, VOPO4•2H2O или NH4VO3, в которых среднее окислительное состояние ванадия восстанавливают от 5 до 4±0,1.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором используют оксиды ванадия, содержащие ванадий в среднем окислительном состоянии 4±0,5.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором фосфор присутствует в виде Н3РO4, VОРО4•2H2О или Р2O5.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором атомное отношение между фосфор и ванадий составляет, по меньшей мере, 1: 1.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором H2SO4 или Н3CSO3Н или п-толуолсульфокислоту используют как агент кристаллизации.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором содержание муравьиной кислоты относительно смеси муравьиной кислоты и воды лежит между 91% и 5% для получения кристаллизации VOHPO4 • 1/2H2O и/или β-VOHPO4 • H2O и/или (VO)3(PO4)2 • 5Н2O.
8. Способ, включающий обработку β-VOHPO4 • H2O или (VО)3(РO4)2 • 5Н2O, полученных по п. 7 со структурными свойствами по п. 8 или 9, разбавленной муравьиной кислотой и/или уксусной кислотой для получения VOHPO4 • 1/2H2O.
9. Предшественник катализатора VOHPO4 • 1/2Н2O, полученный по пп. 7 или 8, который прокаливают при температуре в интервале 300 - 500oС.
10. Использование соединения, получаемого способом по любому из пп. 1 - 9, в качестве катализатора в селективном окислении бутана в малеиновый ангидрид.
