Abstract

Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na tablete amlodipin bezilata sa poboljšanom stabilnošću aktivnog sastojka i smanjenom masom, koje sadrže mikrokristalnu celulozu, lubrikant i sredstvo za dezintegraciju. Navedene tablete, izraženo u masenim procentima, sadrže 4-6 % amlodipin bezilata u vidu aktivnog sastojka zajedno sa 87 do 94 % mikrokristalne celuloze, 1-5 % sredstva za dezintegraciju, 0,5 do 1,5 % lubrikanta i 0,2 do 1,0 % koloidnog silicijum dioksida. Predmetni pronalazak se takođe odnosi na postupak za dobijanej pomenutih tableta.
