Abstract

Inventia se refera la un mecanism de orientare destinat robotilor industriali de deservire, sudare, vopsire, etc. în scopul realizarii a doua miscari de rotatie independente una fata de alta. Mecanismul este alcatuit dintr-un suport fix, fata de care se poate roti un cadru mobil, pe care este lagaruit un prehensor. Miscarea cadrului mobil se obtine de la un arbore de intrare care, printr-un mecanism planetar, imprima unei roti dintate lagaruite pe cadrul mobil, o miscare de rostogolire pe o roata dintata solidara cu suportul fix. Concomitent, printr-un arbore tubular, miscarea se transmite unei alte roti dintate care, prin niste roti dintate lagaruite pe un brat si care se rostogolesc pe o roata dintata mentinuta imobila, transmite prehensorului o miscare de rotatie de aceeasi viteza cu a cadrului mobil, anulând influenta miscarii cadrului mobil asupra pozitionarii anterioare a prehensorului.
