Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor cicloalcancarboxanilide cu formula generala I (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii) în care R1 reprezinta perfluorciclopropil, perfluorciclobutil perfluorcicloheptil, perfluordecahidronaftil, fluorciclopentil dintre n, p si q este 0...2 inclusiv; R3 reprezinta hidrogen si R4 reprezinta fenil substituit cu un grup p-nitro, sau doua pîna la cinci grupari R5 alese în mod independent, în care R5 este brom, clor sau fluor, sau doua grupari R6 independent alese, în care R6 este iod, nitro, ciano, trifluormetil, fluorsulfenil, metilsulfonil, etilsulfonil, carbometoxi, sau carboetoxi 6 la 60; caracterizat prin aceea ca, o acilhalogenura cu formula generala II (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii) în care X reprezinta halogen, reactioneaza cu o amina cu formula generala III: H2N-R4 în prezenta unui acceptor de HF ales dintre alchilamine inferioare, de preferinta trietilamina, reactantii si acceptorii fiind luati în cantitati aproximativ echimolare, în mediul de solvent ales dintre toluen, acetonitril, dietileter, tetrahidrofuran, clorura de metilen, la o temperatura între 10 si 110 degree C, de preferinta 20...70 degree C, eventual urmata de metilarea compusului cu formula generala I, astfel încît R3 sa reprezinte metil sau de transformarea într-o sare a compusului rezultat prin metode cunoscute.
