Abstract
Inventia se refera la o compozitie aromatizanta, cu aroma de nucsoara, realizata din uleiuri volatile de conifere, coriandru, patrunjel, busuioc, ienupar, carvacrol si benzoat de metil sau etil. Compozitia se poate utiliza în industria alimentara, pentru aromatizarea unor produse din carne, concentrate pentru supe, sosuri, dulciuri, produse de patiserie, ca atare sau îmbiata pe un suport solid ales dintre faina de soia, faina de seminte de macese, faina de coriandru. Compozitia are calitati aromatizante apropiate de cele naturale, se poate doza usor, se omogenizeaza bine în produsele în care este utilizata si are o buna persistenta.
