Abstract

Inventia se refera la o compozitie cu aroma de usturoi constituita din mono, di si trisulfuri de alil ulei de coriandru, o fractie sesquiter-penica de ulei de ienupar, o fractie felandrenica din ulei de marar sau brad si fractii de ulei de chimion. Pentru o mai buna omogenizare în produsul de aromatizat, compozitia poate fi diluata cu ulei de floarea soarelui sau soia sau untura de porc sau poate fi îmbibata pe un suport solid de tipul clorura de sodiu, faina de soia, de coriandru sau de macese.Compozitia are calitati aromatizante apropiate de cele naturale, se poate doza usor, se omogenizeaza bine în produsele în care este utilizata si are o buna persistenta.
