Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procdeu si la un dispozitiv pentru ruperea crustelor aderente si a zidariei la cuptoarele tubulare rotative, destinate, în special, repararii cuptoarelor din industria cimentului. Procedeul prevede o rupere continua generala sau partiala a crustei si a zidariei cuptorului, fara racirea acestuia, cu o adîncime si lungime de rupere comandabile si cu o viteza de înaintare reglabila, cu ajutorul unui valt de rupere conic introdus în cuptor si tras de un cablu aflat în legatura cu un troliu, astfel încît atunci cînd se roteste cuptorul, valtul se roteste obligatoriu împreuna cu acesta. Ca urmare a unei mase proprii predeterminate si a unor scule de rupere încorporate, cum ar fi, de exemplu, niste saibe crenelate prevazute cu dinti, schimbabile, crusta aderenta si zidaria devin fragile si sînt rupte datorita încarcarii permanente.
