Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru îndepartarea umiditatii dintr-un fir textil translatat continuu. Inventia are la baza problema ca lichidul continut într-un fir ce se deplaseaza sa fie îndepartat prin acesta cît mai mult posibil si evacuat în mod sigur, prin mijloace simple si fara cresterea tensiunii din fir. Conform inventiei, aceasta problema este rezolvata printr-un procedeu dupa care este îndreptat oblic pe fir un jet de gaz subtire, practic perpendicular pe directia de deplasare a firului. Acesta este barat în spatele firului, iar zona de baraj este compartimentata etans, lateral fata de fir si lînga acesta. Latimea compartimentata corespunde diametrului jetului de gaz. Se revendica un dispozitiv ce include un corp de ghidare a firului în care este practicata o fanta cu latimea superioara grosimii acestuia si cu adîncimea practic egala cu un multiplu al acesteia. Fanta este orientata în sensul de deplasare a unui fir ghidat de acesta, iar în dreptul ei este dispusa o duza coaxiala si practic de acelasi diametru cu aceasta. Se utilizeaza în industria textila.
