Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a antibioticului A 51568 cu structura glicoproteica, conform inventiei, consta în faptul ca microorganismul Necardia orientalus NRRL 15232 se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura continînd surse asimilabile de carbon alese dintre dextrina de cartofi melasa, lactoza, maltoza si amidon surse de azot alese dintre glutamat de sodiu peptona din carne nitrit de sodiu mitrat de amoniu sulfat de amoniu graunte de soia si drojdie saruri anorganice nutritive în conditii de fermentatie anaeroba submersibila la temperaturi cuprinse între 32.....34 degree C de preferinta 30 degree C timp de 90.....114 h la pH 6,2 dupa care antibioticul se izoleaza dupa metode în sine cunoscute.
