Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de lustruire electrochimica a otelurilor inoxidabile si a nichelului, respectiv a acoperirilor de nichel mat si semilucios. Piesele care urmeaza sa fie lustruite se suspenda la anod, iar catodul poate fi din nichel, inox sau plumb. Pentru obtinerea unui litru de solutie de lustruire, se amesteca: 940 ml acid sulfuric de densitate 1,53 g/cm3, 9 g sulfat feros, 25 ml apa oxigenata de 30-38%, 35 ml glicerina. Conditiile de lucru pentru lustruirea inoxului sunt: temperatura 80 degree C, densitatea de curent de 20-40 A/dm2, timp de mentinere a pieselor în baie 2-5 minute. Conditiile de lucru pentru lustruirea nichelului sau acoperirilor cu nichel sunt: temperatura 20-30 degree C, densitatea de curent 20-40A/dm2, timp de mentinere a pieselor în baie-cîteva secunde pîna la cel mult un minut, depinzînd si de grosimea stratului de nichel depus. La suprafata de contact anod-electrolit se formeaza pelicula subtire vîscoasa, cu rezistenta electrica mare, prin care curentul va trece preferential, dizolvînd proeminentele. Suprafetele lustruite dupa aceasta metoda prezinta un luciu oglinda care nu dispare sub actiunea agentilor atmosferici.
