Inventia se refera la un suc concentrat de coacaze negre, avînd aspectul unui lichid siropos de culoare rosu închis, intens colorat, cu gust specific acru astringent si aroma specifica coacazelor negre, fara gust sau miros strain, contine substanta uscata a compozitiilor la 42-45 degree refractometrice la temperatura de 20 degree C, sucul are aciditate totala minima exprimata în acid citric de 12g%, cu continut maxim de 10mg/kg, cupru, de 25mg/kg staniu, de 0,66mg/kg plumb si de 0,33 mg/kg arsen, conservat prin ambalare aseptica sau chimic cu benzonat de sodiu.
