Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentrru prepararea N-fosfonometilglicinei si consta în aceea ca, în prima etapa are loc aditia de foraldehida la temperaturi de 20...25 degree C mentinînd valoarea pH de 9..10 prin adaos de saruri alcaline, de preferinta carbonat de potasiu anhidru, obtinîndu-se N-(hidroximetil) formamida, care în rtapa a doua se trateaza cu trialchilfosfit în care radicalul alchil are 1..6 atomi de carbon, proportia dintre reactanto fiind de 1:1, la temperatura de reflux, timp de 2...3h, dupa care intermediarul obtinut dialchil-N-(formil)-aminometilfosfonatul în etapa a treia se trateaza cu cloracetat de etil în prezenta de tetrahidrofuran ca solvent organic si a unei baze alcaline, la temepratura camerei, obâinînd N(dialchilfosfonametil)-N-(formil)-glicinometilesterul care în ultima etapa se hidrolizeaza cu acid clorhidric în exes, la temperatura de reflux.
