Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unui otel înalt aliat turnat în piese conform inventiei se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca, în scopul obtinerii unor piese turnate fara defecte de structura si cu omogenitate chimica si proprietati fizico-chimice constante efectueaza degazarea sarjei de otel în oala pana la reducerea continutului de hidrogen sub 4 ppm, de azot sub 100 ppm si de oxigen sub 50 ppm urmata de turnare cu o viteza medie de 40t/min.The process for obtaining a high-alloy cast steel in parts according to the invention is characterized in that in order to obtain castings without structural defects and with chemical homogeneity and constant physical-chemical properties it performs the degassing of the steel batch in the pot until the content is reduced hydrogen below 4 ppm, nitrogen below 100 ppm and oxygen below 50 ppm followed by casting at an average speed of 40 t / min.
