Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor derivati ai 1-(6-metoxi-2-naftil)-2-alcoxicarbonil)-amino-1-propanonei optic active, cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R este o grupa alchil inferioara, iar asteriscul indica un atom de carbon asimetric, conform caruia o amida cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R are semnificatia de mai sus, R1 reprezinta o grupa alchil inferioara, R2 reprezinta o grupa alchil inferioara sau o grupa alcoxi, se supune reactiei cu un compus organo-metalic, cu formula generala III: (vezi formula) în care M este Mgx, x fiind halogen sau litiu, la -78....0 degree C.
