Abstract

Procedeul de alimentare a furnalelor cu aglomerat de oxid de zinc si cocs conform inventiei în sarje separate succesive printr-un dispozitiv în sine cunoscut prevazut cu o dubla închidere, formata dintr-o asociere de calota centrala calota inelara introducerea orientata a materialelor în furnal spre zona centrala sau spre zona peretilor realizîndu-se prin coborîrea calotei inelare pe o distanta fixa prestabilita si prin deplasarea calotei centrale în ambele sensuri pe o distanta ce reprezinta 1/4.....1/2 din dinstanta fixî de coborîre a calotei inelare, în scopul controlarii continue a alimentarii furnalului se regleaza raportul între timpul de descarcare a buncarului de alimentare si timpul pentru coborîrea calotei inelare la valori cuprinse între 0,67 si 1 calota inelara fiind coborîta cu o viteza de 40....100 mm/s în timp ce buncarul se descarca cu viteze de 3.....8s/sarja.
