Abstract

Procedeul de purificare a apelor reziduale cu continut de uree, conform inventiei elimina poluarea apelor în care sunt deversate apele reziduale procedeu în care purificarea este efectuata în combinatie cu separarea amoniacului absolut pur si a amoniacului, o zona de separare a amoniacului, o zona de separarea bioxidului de carbon, apa uzata care contine uree fiind introdusa într-una din aceste zone, pentru o purificare corecta a apei uzate care contine uree este indicat în zona de desorbtie sa fie operata la o presiune cuprinsa între 21 si 10 bari, în special între 20 si 40 bari. Procedeul, conform inventiei, poate forma o sectiune separata pentru purificarea apei reziduale care contine uree, cu recuperarea amoniacului care poate, sa fie prelucrarea ureei, acest efluent putînd fi folosit în totalitate, într-o unitate de separare a amoniacului bioxidului de carbon pentru prelucrarea produselor obtinute din uree li a caror separare este cuplata cu prepararea melaminei din amestecul gazos.....
