Claims (7)

  1. 글리신 수용액을 pH6을 초과하지 않도록 산처리한 후, 활성탄으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리신의 정제방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH6을 초과하지 않도록 산처리하는 방법으로서, 광산 및/또는 유기산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, pH6을 초과하지 않도록 산처리하는 방법으로서, 산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 글리신 수용액이, 물의 존재하 글리코로 니트릴, 탄산가스 및 암모니아를 반응시켜서 글리신을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 얻어진 반응액에서 탄산가스 및 암모니아의 대부분을 제거한 글리신 함유 수용액인 방법.
  5. 물의 존재하, 글리콜로니트릴, 탄산가스 및 암모니아를 반응시켜서 글리신을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 얻어진 반응액에서 탄산가스 및 암모니아의 대부분을 제거한 글리신 함유 수용액을 산성 양이온교환수지로 전처리하고, 이어서 활성탄으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리신의 정제방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 글리신 함유 수용액을 정석에 의해 글리신과 모액으로 일단 분리하고, 그 모액을 반응기에 리사이클하여, 이 글리신을 재차 수용액으로 한 후에 산성 양이온교환수지로 전처리하고, 이어서 활성탄으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리신의 정제 방법
  7. 제1 내지 제6항에 있어서, 글리신 수용액을 탄색처리한 활성탄을 알칼리 수용액으로 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리신의 정제방법.
