Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui microorganism care produce sau contine vectorul de replicare preproinsulina umana în care producerea vectorului de transfer cu rol de mentinerea si replicarea dezoxinucleotidei pentru preproinsulina umana cuprinde extragerea ARNm din tesutul care contine preproinsulina umana prepararea unui ADNc dublu înlantuit complementar ARN-ului mesager si inserarea ADN-c-ului într-un vector de transfer recombinant, caracterizat prin aceea ca: A)izolarea ARNm se face din celulele de insulinoma umana prin metode în sine cunoscute; b) sintetizarea ADNc cu banda dublu complementara ARN-ului m se face folosind transcriptaza inversa si nucleza; c) scindarea unui vector de transfer pentru obtinerea ADN se face printr-un clivaj catalizat de de Sl ....
