Procedeul de separare a substantelor grase din amestecuri în fractiuni cu puncte de topire diferite, conform inventiei principale cu nr. 65793, consta în topirea partiala sau totala a amestecului cu materii grase; racirea si cristalizarea fractiunilor cu puncte de topire mai ridicate, prin evaporarea în vid a unei faze apoase.
