Abstract

Procedeu pentru producerea suporturilor de covoare cu smocuri, realizate prin strapungere cu ace, la care se depune un strat de fibre scurte pe o tesatura de poliolefine, de care fibrele se fixeaza prin strapungere cu ace caracterizat prin aceea ca în scopul mentinerii rezistentei suportului la tractiune în urzeala si batatura, se folosesc ace cu cel putin un cîrlig toate cîrligele unui aceluiasi ac fiind dispuse pe o muchie de lama a sa si orientate sub un unghi de 35...55 degree fata de linia de înaintare a tesaturii.
