Abstract
Procedeu pentru prepararea unor peptide cu actiune ACTH, constituite dintr-o secventa completa ACTH de la amino-acidul N-terminal pîna la cel putin al 16-lea aminoacid si care secventa ACTH contine, eventual si alti aminoacizi si anume în locul grupei Asn la puterea 25 grupa Asp, în locul grupei Gly26 grupa Ala si/sau în locul grupei Ala27 o grupa Gly si în locul primului aminoacid un acid alfa-aminoxi, caracterizat prin aceea ca, din peptidele sau peptidaminele constituite dintr-o secventa completa ACTH pîna la cel putin al 16-lea aminoacid N-terminal contin în locul primului aminoacid, un acid alfa aminooxi si eventual în locul grupei Ala la puterea 27 o grupa Gly în care grupa aminooxi si grupa amino sunt protejate prin grupe tert-butiloxicarbonil, iar grupele protectoare prin acidoliza în prezenta de apa si a unui solvent organic la temperatura camerei si eventual peptida obtinuta se transforma într-o sare de aditie cu acizi într-un complex.
