Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un microorganism producător de polizaharide de tip pullulan, care este o tulpină de Aureobasidium pullulans ICCF-83, înregistrată în colecţia Institutului de Cercetări Chimico-Farmaceutice sub nr. 211, ce se prezintă sub formă de celule alungite, perlate, hialine, cu potenţial de pigmentare absent, cu colonii de tip smooth, care fermentează total fructoza, glucoza, xiloza, capabil să consume rapid sursa de carbon în concentraţii iniţiale de până la 10% şi cu o capacitate superioară de a sintetiza pullulan.
