Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wykladzina przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, spiral i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 i fig. 2. Wykladzina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z róznej wielkosci spiralnych form laczacych sie ze soba. Jest to kompozycja niesymetryczna umieszczona na jednobarwnym tle. Calosc kompozycji wykladziny pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Druga odmiane stanowi ta sama wykladzina z bordiura jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Bordiura stanowi kompozycje pionowych form stwarzajacych wrazenie pretów po obu brzegach bordiury. Czesc srodkowa bordiury stanowi równiez pionowy element w postaci linii oraz jednobarwne tlo po jego obydwu stronach.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja skladajaca sie z róznej wielkosci spiralnych form laczacych sie ze soba. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, spirals, and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in Figures 1 and 2. The carpet according to the industrial design is a composition consisting of interconnecting spiral forms of various sizes. This is an asymmetrical composition placed on a single-color background. The entire carpet composition is shown in the attached drawing, Figure 1. The second variant is the same carpet with a border as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 2. The border is a composition of vertical forms creating the impression of bars on both edges of the border. The central part of the border also consists of a vertical line element and a single-color background on both sides.
