Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wykladzina przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 i fig. 2. Wykladzina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje form w kwadratach. Kwadrat podzielony jest na cztery równe czesci w postaci równiez kwadratów. Dwa przeciwlegle kwadraty zawieraja równolegle przerywane linie. Dwa pozostale równiez przeciwlegle kwadraty posiadaja jednolite tlo o róznym kolorze kazdy. Calosc kompozycji wykladziny dopelniaja drobne punkty w postaci mikroskopowych kwadracików jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Druga odmiane stanowi ta sama wykladzina z bordiura jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku wg fig.2. Bordiura stanowi kompozycje siatki ulozonej naprzemiennie z drobnych prostokatnych form pelnych i azurowych.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja form w kwadratach. Kwadrat po jednej z przekatnych posiada po jej obu stronach drobniejsze formy kwadratowe. Pozostala czesc kwadratu posiada przerywane grube linie tworzace dwa kwadraty po drugiej przekatnej. Tlo dopelnia kompozycja drobnych kwadratowych punktów. Bordiura stanowi kompozycje ulozonych naprzemiennie prostokatnych drobnych form pelnych i azurowych.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.1Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet according to the industrial design is a composition of forms in squares. The square is divided into four equal parts, also in the form of squares. Two opposite squares contain parallel dashed lines. The other two opposite squares have a uniform background, each a different color. The overall composition of the carpet is complemented by small dots in the form of microscopic squares, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The second variant is the same carpet with a border, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The border is a grid composed of alternating small rectangular solid and openwork forms. The essential features of the industrial design are the composition of forms within squares. The square on one diagonal has smaller square forms on both sides. The remaining square has broken, thick lines forming two squares on the other diagonal. The background is complemented by a composition of small square dots.
