Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wykladzina przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladne linii i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 i fig. 2. Wykladzina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje delikatnych rombów sugerujacych koronke oraz rozmieszczonych w ukladzie romboidalnym malych delikatnych gwiazdek umieszczonych na gladkim tle jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Druga odmiane stanowi wykladzina z boidiura jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Bordiura stanowi kompozycje przenikajacych rombów, których krawedzie zlozone sa z drobnych krzyzyków (gwiazdek). Wewnatrz kazdego rombu równiez znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci malego krzyzyka.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja delikatnych rombów zlozonych z drobnych krzyzyków (gwiazdek) oraz samych delikatnych gwiazdek. Romby i pojedyncze gwiazdki ulozone sa w linie ukosne. Wnetrze kazdego rombu zawier a element drobnego krzyzyka. Bordiura stanowi kompozycje przenikajacych rombów, których krawedzie zlozone sa z drobnych krzyzyków (gwiazdek). Wewnatrz kazdego rombu równiez znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci malego krzyzyka. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet according to the industrial design is a composition of delicate rhombuses suggesting lace and small, delicate stars arranged in a rhomboidal arrangement on a plain background, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The second variant is a carpet with a border, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The border is a composition of intersecting rhombuses, the edges of which are composed of small crosses (stars). Inside each rhombus, there is also a graphic element in the form of a small cross. The essential features of the industrial design are the composition of delicate rhombuses composed of small crosses (stars) and individual stars. The rhombuses and individual stars are arranged in diagonal lines. The interior of each rhombus contains a small cross element. The border is a composition of intersecting rhombuses, the edges of which are composed of small crosses (stars). Inside each rhombus, there is also a graphic element in the form of a small cross.
