Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plyta meblowa, zwlaszcza drzwiowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych no- wa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania eleme- ntów tworzacych jego poszczególne czesci, a przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunku i fakturze kazdej z jego czesci skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem plyty z przodu, a fig. 1a szczególem jej przekroju poprzecznego. Plyta sklada sie z podkladu w postaci plaskiego arkusza polaczonego z przykrywajaca jego powierzchnie mata skladajaca sie z szeregu równych elementów wzdluznych, przy czym kazdy z tych elementów ma zalamane krawedzie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of the elements constituting its individual parts, and manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, and texture of each of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a front view of the board, and Fig. 1a is a detail of its cross-section. The board consists of a flat sheet backing connected to a mat covering its surface, consisting of a series of equal longitudinal elements, each of which has broken edges. Essential features of an industrial design A furniture board, especially a door board, which contains a mat consisting of a number of equal longitudinal elements connected to each other by rows of parallel, equal interlaces has essential features of an industrial design, according to which it consists of a base in the form of a flat sheet connected to a mat covering its surface, consisting of a number of equal longitudinal elements, each of which has broken edges, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and 1a.
