Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ozdobnej okladziny elewacyjnej, wykonany me- toda wytlaczania z tworzywa polimerowego, korzystnie akrylowego i przeznaczony do wykonywania dekoracyjnych powierzchni elewacji budynków imitujacy sloje i kolorystyke drewna naturalnego pod nazwa „miodowy calvados". Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego nie- równej – profilowej fakturze wykonanej na jednej powierzchni zewnetrznej z wyraznym jej zaglebie- niem na linii uwypuklonych slojów imitujacych sloje drewna w kolorze odpowiadajacym jego rodzajowi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 – fig. 3, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia panel ozdobnej okladziny elewacyjnej, imitujacej sloje drewna w kolorze „miodowy calvados" w widoku z góry, fig. 2 – ten sam panel w widoku perspekty- wicznym W ujeciu od jego czola i od strony zaglebien rzezby jego faktury oraz w ujeciu z góry, fig. 3 – ten sam panel w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z góry i dluzszego jego boku. Ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego – splaszczonego i wydluzonego elementu z plaska jedna jego dolna powierzchnia, którego przeciwlegla jej druga górna powierzchnia ma wykonana wytloczona i pomalowana rzezbe o przestrzennej strukturze i zróznicowanej jej glebokosci imitujacej kolor i strukture deski lub bala z drewna, a ponadto rzezba ta ma profilowana fakture z wyraznym jej zaglebieniem wzdluz linii uwypuklonych slojów tej rzezby, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2, przy czym – panel ten na jednej zewnetrznej (górnej) powierzchni posiada opisana wyzej rzezbe imitujaca podluzne sloje i kolorystyke drewna pod nazwa „miodowy calvados", jak po- kazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 – fig. 3. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a panel of decorative façade cladding, made by extrusion of a polymer material, preferably acrylic, and intended for making decorative surfaces of building facades, imitating the grain and color of natural wood under the name "honey calvados". A new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of its uneven profile texture made on one external surface with a clear recess along the line of raised rings imitating wood grain in a color corresponding to its type. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, in which Fig. 1 - shows a panel of decorative façade cladding imitating wood grain in the "honey calvados" color in a top view, Fig. 2 - the same panel in a perspective view from its front and from the side recesses of the sculpture of its texture and from above, Fig. 3 - the same panel in a perspective view from above and from its longer side. Important features of the industrial design A panel of decorative facade cladding, intended for making decorative surfaces of building facades, imitating the structure of natural wood, presented in the illustrative material Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, is characterized by the following: 1. It has the shape of a cuboid - flattened and elongated an element with one flat lower surface, the opposite upper surface of which is made of an embossed and painted sculpture with a three-dimensional structure and a varied depth imitating the color and structure of a board or a wooden log, and in addition, this sculpture has a profiled texture with a distinct recess along the lines convex rings of this sculpture, as shown in the illustrative material Fig. 2, and - on one outer (upper) surface, this panel has the above-described carving imitating the longitudinal grain and color of wood under the name "honey calvados", as shown in the illustrative material fig. 1 - fig. 3.
