Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wykladzina przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 i fig. 2. Wykladzina wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje kwadratów. Linie boków kwadratów ulozone sa pod katem 45° do pionu i poziomu. Na laczeniach kwadratów wystepuja drobne gwiazdki. Co drugi romb wypelniony jest motywem wiekszej czteroramiennej gwiazdy. Calosc kompozycji pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Druga odmiane stanowi ta sama wykladzina z boidiura jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Glówny motyw bordiury stanowi palmeta ulozona poziomo na tle bordiury. Elementy hrzegowe sa niesymetryczne.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje kwadratów. Linie boków kwadratów ulozone sa pod katem 45° do pionu i poziomu. Na laczeniach kwadratów wystepuja drobne gwiazdki. Co drugi romb wypelniony jest motywem wiekszej czteroramiennej gwiazdy. Motyw bordiiny stanowi palmeta ulozona poziomo na tle bordiury. Elementy brzegowe sa niesymetryczne. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet according to the industrial design is a composition of squares. The lines of the squares' sides are arranged at 45° angles to the vertical and horizontal. Small stars appear at the square joints. Every other rhombus is filled with a motif of a larger four-pointed star. The entire composition is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The second variant is the same carpet with a border as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The main border motif is a palmette arranged horizontally against the border. The border elements are asymmetrical. The essential feature of the industrial design is the composition of squares. The lines of the square sides are arranged at 45° angles to the vertical and horizontal. Small stars appear at the square joints. Every other rhombus is filled with a larger four-pointed star motif.
