Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.l i fig. 2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje ramowa. Charakterystycznym elementem wzoru jest motyw roslinno-kwiatowy i rózne struktury w postaci linii, kól, plamek i innych nietypowych figur geometrycznych. Elementy te tworza rame. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany czesc motywu wychodzi swym rysunkiem poza rame na tlo jednolite w ksztalcie prostokata znajdujace sie w czesci srodkowej. Druga odmiane stanowi dywan ksztaltu owalnego zamykajacy kompozycje szeroka rama skladajaca sie z motywu roslinno-kwiatowego i struktur w - postaci linii, kól, plamek i innych nietypowych figur geometrycznych, jakpokazano na zalaczonym rysunku wedlug fig. 2. Czesc srodkowa dywanu stanowi jednolite, jasne tlo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja ramowa z motywów roslinno-kwiatowych i róznych struktur w postaci kól, plamek oraz linii ukosnych pokryte calosc melanzem. Motyw swym rysunkiem wychodzi z ramy na tlo wiazac w ten sposób rame z tlem pokrytym melanzem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet, according to the industrial design, constitutes a framed composition. A characteristic element of the design is a floral-floral motif and various structures in the form of lines, circles, spots, and other unusual geometric shapes. These elements create a frame. According to the first variant, part of the motif extends beyond the frame onto a uniform rectangular background in the central part. The second variety is an oval-shaped rug enclosing the composition with a wide frame consisting of a floral-floral motif and structures in the form of lines, circles, spots, and other unusual geometric shapes, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2. The central part of the rug is a uniform, light background. The essential features of the industrial design are a frame composition of floral-floral motifs and various structures in the form of circles, spots, and diagonal lines, covered entirely in melange. The motif extends from the frame into the background, thus linking the frame with the melange-covered background.
