Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tafla szklana z wyzlobiona na jej jednej powierzchni tekstura wzorzysta, znajdujaca zastosowanie zwlaszcza w obiektach szklarniowych, kolektorach slonecznych i ogniwach fotowoltaicznych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego pojawia sie w ksztalcie tekstury wzorzystej wyzlobionej na jednej powierzchni tafli szklanych, o zróznicowanych ksztaltach i gestosci tych wyzlobien zarówno na ich obrzezach jak i czesci centralnej, oddzielonych od siebie wyzlobieniami w ksztalcie linii prostej tworzacej obramowanie tej czesci centralnej, przy czym teksture te tworza wyzlobienia w ksztalcie figur o zróznicowanym ich ksztalcie i nieregularnie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie. The new and original form of the industrial design appears in the form of a patterned texture carved on one surface of the glass pane, with grooves of varying shapes and densities on both the periphery and the central section, separated by straight-line grooves framing the central section. This texture is created by grooves in the shape of figures of varying shapes and irregularly positioned relative to each other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a glass pane interrupted in two planes with a patterned texture carved on one of its surfaces, in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - an enlarged detail of the "T" of the central part of this pane contained in a carved linear frame in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same glass pane in a vertical section along the line D - D, and Fig. 4 - the frame of the same pane in a vertical section along the line E - E.
