Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.l oraz fig. 2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje lisci debu. Sa one rozmieszczone niesymetrycznie o róznych odcieniach i ksztaltach lisci. Charakterystyczne sa poziome i pionowe elementy przypominajace klepke podlogowa. Elementy te rozmieszczone sa niesymetrycznie o róznych, niejednakowych dlugosciach i szerokosciach. Tlo dywanu jest zróznicowane, melanzowane, imitujace rózne sploty. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany liscie debowe umieszczone sa na obwodzie w sposób pokazany na rysunku wedlug fig. 1. Dywan ma ksztalt prostokata z charakterystycznymi poziomymi i pionowymi elementami przypominajacymi klepke podlogowa. Tlo dywanu imituje zróznicowane sploty i faktury.Druga odmiane stanowi dywan w ksztalcie waskiego prostokata pokazanego na rysunku wedlug fig. 2. Liscie debowe umieszczone sa po obu stronach dluzszych boków prostokata. Liscie ulozone sa w sposób dowolny. Tlo melanzowane, imitujace rózne sploty oraz elementy przypominajace klepke podlogowa sa takie same jak w fig. 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycja ramowa z prostych stylizowanych motywów kwiatowych podkreslajacych fakture. Dól i góra zwienczona jest ludowym ornamentem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the surface texture and stylized graphics. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet, according to the industrial design, is a composition of oak leaves. They are arranged asymmetrically, with various shades and leaf shapes. Characteristic are horizontal and vertical elements resembling floorboards. These elements are arranged asymmetrically, with varying, unequal lengths and widths. The carpet's background is varied, melanged, imitating various weaves. In the first variation, oak leaves are placed around the perimeter as shown in Figure 1. The rug is rectangular in shape with characteristic horizontal and vertical elements resembling a floorboard. The background imitates various weaves and textures. The second variation is a narrow rectangular rug, shown in Figure 2. Oak leaves are placed on both sides of the longer sides of the rectangle. The leaves are arranged in an arbitrary pattern. The melange background, imitating various weaves, and the elements resembling a floorboard are the same as in Figure 1. The essential features of the industrial design include a framed composition of simple, stylized floral motifs that emphasize the texture. The bottom and top are topped with a folk ornament.
