Dywan I Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 06.07.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii oraz barwie wierzchniej czesci dywanu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig.2 i fig.3. Dywan wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi czesc dolna w postaci podkladu oraz czesc górna w postaci runa. Charakterystyczny wzór wierzchniej powierzchni dywanu stanowi kompozycja kratek zmiekczonych melanzem i cieniami z dodatkowym motywem uproszczonej galazki kwiatowej. Kompozycja ta znajduje sie na jednolitym tle z waska ramkadookola. Zestawienia kratek sa róznorodne, o róznych wielkosciach, rozmieszczone niesymetrycznie na calej powierzchni. Wzdluz dluzszego boku biegna równolegle linie zanikajace i znowu pojawiajace sie. Wzdluz jednej pary takich linii wypelnionej w czesci górnej i dolnej jednolitym kolorem znajduja sie charakterystyczne galazki kwiatowe. Jedna z galazek znajduje sie w rogu i oplata waski pasek jednolitego koloru. Po jednej stronie, wzdluz dluzszego boku, na pasie znajduja sie kolorowe male prostokaciki. Brzegi dywanu ozdobione sa waska ramka w jednolitym kolorze. Szczególny efekt zdobniczy uzyskuje sie poprzez zestawienie kolorów zielonych o róznych odcieniach lub zestawienie kolorów brazowego i bezowego z odcieniami. The carpet, according to the decorative pattern, consists of the lower part in the form of a base and the upper part in the form of a fleece. The characteristic pattern of the top surface of the carpet is a composition of grids softened with melange and shadows with an additional motif of a simplified flower branch. This composition is on a uniform background with a narrow frame around it. The combinations of grilles are varied, of various sizes, arranged asymmetrically over the entire surface. Along the longer side there are lines that fade out and reappear. Along one pair of such lines, filled with a uniform color in the upper and lower parts, there are characteristic flower branches. One of the twigs is in the corner and it is wrapped around a narrow strip of a solid color. On one side, along the long side, there are small colored rectangles on the waistband. The edges of the carpet are decorated with a narrow frame in a uniform color. A special decorative effect is achieved by combining the colors of green with different shades or by combining the colors of brown and beige with shades. PL
