Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie pojemnika wraz z okreslona kolorystyka zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac pojemnikowi zalety uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, zwiazane z jego trzymaniem w dloniach, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shape of the container, along with the specific color scheme of the outer surface, giving the container practical and ergonomic advantages related to its handling, as well as high decorative values characteristic of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and accompanying illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows an axonometric view of the container for men's liquid cosmetics in Fig. 1. The illustrative material consists of a perspective photograph of the container shown in Fig. 2. The container for men's liquid cosmetics, based on the industrial design, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by being spatially shaped in the form of an athlete's torso with contoured musculature on the chest and back, creating a trapezoidal upper torso and lower torso, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. I, and the attached illustrative material, Fig. 2. The container for men's liquid cosmetics, based on the industrial design, with its characteristically shaped outer surfaces, allows for a secure grip of the container filled with cosmetics, while simultaneously ensuring an ergonomic grip and stability on the base. Furthermore, the container is very aesthetically pleasing from the outside, and the silhouette of the "men's sides" has a suggestive effect on male consumers of liquid cosmetics.
